Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, and cornstarch. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
