Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, and cornstarch. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add broccoli, bell peppers, and carrot. Cook until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
