Cooking Instructions!
In a small bowl, combine the yeast, warm water, and sugar. Stir and let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture and olive oil. Stir until a dough forms.
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Punch down the dough and divide it into 6 equal portions. Roll each portion into a circle of about 6 inches (15 cm) in diameter.
Place the mini pizza dough circles on a greased baking sheet. Spread a spoonful of pizza sauce on each dough circle and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Add your desired toppings, such as pepperoni, black olives, bell pepper, and mushrooms. Sprinkle with dried oregano.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes.
Bon appetit!
