- Chicken fillet — 350 g
- Odorless vegetable oil — 30 ml
- Soy sauce — 20 ml
- Honey — 15 g
- Dried oregano — 2 g
- Salt — To taste

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
Use any type of pumpkin.
Take fresh, chilled chicken fillet.
Spices and seasonings can be adjusted to taste.
In a deep bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, and vegetable oil. Mix the marinade.
Add dried oregano, ground black pepper (a pinch), and salt (1/2 teaspoon), mix again. You can skip the salt because soy sauce is already salty, adjust to your taste.
Wash the chicken fillet. Trim off any excess fat if necessary. Cut the fillet into small pieces and put them into the prepared marinade.
Peel the pumpkin, remove the fibrous part with the seeds. Rinse and dry with paper towels. Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and add to the chicken.
Mix all the ingredients and marinate for 30 minutes, or longer in the refrigerator.
Soak wooden skewers in cold water to avoid burning in the oven.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Thread the marinated pumpkin and fillet pieces onto the wooden skewers, alternating them. From the specified amount of ingredients, I got 5 skewers. You can place the skewers on a greased baking sheet. (I lined a rectangular baking dish with foil. I placed the chicken and pumpkin skewers above the dish, on the edges.)
Put in the preheated oven and bake the kebabs at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius for 30-40 minutes (baking time depends on the power of the oven, adjust to your technique).
The chicken and pumpkin kebabs (in the oven) are ready. And there is no need to go outside.
Serve the fall kebab immediately. You can serve it with any sauce or complement it with any side dish, fresh or marinated vegetables.
