Delicious and tender chicken kebab made from chicken breast marinated with mayonnaise, onion and spices.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet  850 g
  • Mayonnaise  100 g
  • Onion  300 g
  • Salt  to taste
  • Black pepper  to taste
  • Spices (for example, khmeli-suneli)  to taste
  • Water (regular or mineral)  60 ml

You will need skewers to prepare this dish. If you're using wooden skewers for oven-baked shish kebabs, soak them in cold water while the kebab marinates.

Cut the chicken breast into 4 pieces per portion.

Peel and slice the onion into rings.

Transfer the sliced chicken into a bowl, add mayonnaise, water, and onion rings. Add salt, ground pepper, and spices to taste (I used khmeli-suneli).
