Bounty Roll is a very easy no-bake dessert that tastes like the famous candy bar. I highly recommend trying it.
Ingredients
For the test
- Store-bought cookie, not dry (sugar, anniversary) — 300 g
- Cocoa powder — 3 tbsp
- Sugar — 0.5 cup (to taste)
- Boiling water — 0.5 cup
For the cream
- Butter — 150 g
- Powdered sugar — 100 g (to taste)
- Coconut shavings — 40 g

Grind cookies into fine crumbs using a blender or meat grinder. Add cocoa powder to the cookie crumbs. Mix well.
Dissolve half a glass of sugar in half a glass of boiling water. Let it cool. Pour the resulting syrup into the dry mixture.
Knead a smooth "dough".
Prepare the cream. Mix room temperature softened butter with powdered sugar and shredded coconut. Mix until the mixture is homogeneous.
Roll out the cookie dough on a food wrap to the desired thickness. The thinner the rolled out cake, the more swirls you will get when slicing the roll. I rolled out a layer about 3 mm thick.
Cover the layer with buttercream, evenly spreading it over the entire surface.
Then carefully roll the cake with cream into a roll. Wrap the roll in food wrap and put it in the freezer for 30-40 minutes.
Cut the ready roll into slices. Enjoy your tea time!
