Focaccia Dough
- Flour — 500 g
- Active dry yeast — 2 1/4 tsp

- Warm water — 300 ml
- Fresh thyme leaves — 2 tbsp
- Fresh rosemary leaves — 1 tbsp

- Ripe tomatoes, sliced — 3 large

Cooking Instructions!
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, salt and sugar. Mix well.
Add the olive oil, warm water, thyme and rosemary into the bowl. Mix until the dough comes together.
Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it with a damp cloth. Allow it to rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Punch down the dough and transfer it to a greased baking sheet. Gently press and stretch the dough to cover the entire sheet.
Arrange the sliced tomatoes, minced garlic, and fresh basil leaves on top of the dough. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the focaccia is golden brown and the tomatoes are soft and slightly caramelized.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
