  • Bay leaf  1
  • Onion, chopped  1 medium
  • Carrots, diced  2 medium
  • Celery stalks, diced  2
  • Garlic cloves, minced  3
  • Vegetable Broth  4 cups (1 liter)
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Olive oil  2 tbsp

Step 1

In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add onions, carrots, celery, and garlic, and sauté until vegetables are soft.
