  • Chili powder  2 tbsp
  • Cayenne pepper  1 tbsp
  • Paprika  1 tbsp
  • Garlic Powder  1 tbsp
  • Brown sugar  2 tbsp
  • Salt  2 tbsp
  • Black pepper  1 tbsp

BBQ Sauce

  • Ketchup  180 ml
  • Brown sugar  1/4 cup (60g)
  • Table vinegar 9%  60 ml (or cider vinegar)
  • Worcestershire sauce  2 tbsp
  • Mustard  1 tbsp
  • Hot sauce  2 tbsp

In a small bowl, combine chili powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper to make the rub for the brisket.
