  • Brown sugar  2 tbsp

  • Garlic Powder  1 tbsp
  • Onion powder  1 tbsp

BBQ Sauce

  • Ketchup  250 ml
  • Table vinegar 9%  120 ml (or apple cider vinegal)
  • Brown sugar  50 g
  • Worcestershire sauce  2 tbsp
  • Dijon Mustard  1 tbsp
  • Liquid smoke  1 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Cayenne pepper  1/4 tsp
