  • Table vinegar 9%  355 ml
  • Ginger  1 tbsp (grated)
  • Garlic  2 cloves (minced)
  • Salt  1/2 tsp

  • Ground coriander  1 tsp
  • Turmeric  1/2 tsp
  • Cayenne pepper  1/4 tsp
  • Mustard seeds  1/2 tsp
  • Cinnamon  1/4 tsp
  • Cloves  4 pc
