A very simple recipe for truffle chocolate candies made with just two ingredients.

Ingredients

  • Condensed milk  240 g
  • Cacao powder  100 g

Heat the condensed milk until it becomes warm and liquid.

Add 90g of cocoa to the condensed milk, sifting it in 3-4 times and stirring after each addition.

Transfer the mixture to a 12x18 cm dish lined with cling film.

Smooth out the mixture while it is still warm for ease of handling.

Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 1.5-2 hours.

Sprinkle cocoa on a board and remove the cling film from one side of the set chocolate mixture.
