  • Sugar  50 g
  • Baking powder  1 tbsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp

  • Butter  75 g (cold)
  • Heavy Cream  180 ml
  • Egg  1 pc
  • Fresh orange zest  1 tbsp

Additions

  • Fresh cranberries  100 g
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)  2 tbsp

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
