Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the water and sourdough starter. Mix well until the starter is dissolved in the water.

Step 2

Add the bread flour and salt to the bowl. Stir with a wooden spoon until a shaggy dough forms.

Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel and let it rest for 30 minutes.

After the resting time, knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
