Cooking Instructions!
In a large bowl, combine the water and sourdough starter. Mix well until the starter is dissolved in the water.
Add the bread flour and salt to the bowl. Stir with a wooden spoon until a shaggy dough forms.
Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel and let it rest for 30 minutes.
After the resting time, knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 6-8 hours, or until doubled in size.
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf. Place it on a greased baking sheet or in a greased bread pan.
Cover the dough with a towel and let it rise for another 1-2 hours, or until it has risen again.
Bake the bread in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until it is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack before slicing and serving.
