BBQ Sauce
- Ketchup — 250 ml
- Table vinegar 9% — 120 ml (or apple cider vinegal)
- Brown sugar — 50 g
- Worcestershire sauce — 2 tbsp
- Dijon Mustard — 1 tbsp
- Liquid smoke — 1 tsp
- Salt — 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper — 1/2 tsp
- Cayenne pepper — 1/4 tsp

Preheat your grill or smoker to 225°F (110°C).
In a small bowl, combine paprika, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to make the dry rub.
Rub the mixture all over the pork shoulder, covering all sides.
Place the pork on the grill or smoker and cook for about 5 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 195°F (90°C).
While the pork is cooking, prepare the BBQ sauce by combining ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, liquid smoke, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a saucepan. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Once the pork is done, remove it from the grill or smoker and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Using two forks, shred the pork into small pieces.
Pour the BBQ sauce over the shredded pork and mix well.
