  • Milk  1/2 cup (120ml)
  • Unsalted butter  4 tablespoons (57g)
  • Egg  1

  • Cheddar cheese  6 slices

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Mix well.

Step 2

Heat the milk and butter in a small saucepan until the butter melts. Let it cool slightly.
