Cooking Instructions!
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Mix well.
Add the olive oil and gradually pour in the water. Stir until the dough comes together.
Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Punch down the dough and transfer it to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Flatten the dough into a rectangular shape and sprinkle with fresh rosemary and chopped olives. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
Roll up the dough tightly starting from one of the shorter ends, then pinch the edges to seal.
Place the shaped dough seam-side down on the baking sheet. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack before slicing and serving.
