Preparing all the ingredients.
Grind the coriander seeds.
Squeeze the juice from one orange. Cut the second orange into half-moon slices.
In a bowl, combine orange juice, jam, soy sauce, mustard, and coriander. Mix - the marinade is ready.
Cut the fish into portions.
Place the fish in a baking dish, pour the prepared marinade over it. Place the pieces of orange between the fish pieces. Leave at room temperature for 40 minutes.
After 25 minutes, preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
Sprinkle the fish with sesame seeds and bake for 15-20 minutes at 190 degrees.
