Ingredients
- Fresh cucumbers — 1 kg
- Cumin — 2 tsp
- Dried chili flakes — 2 tsp (or to taste)
- Ground cinnamon — 1 tsp (or ground cinnamon, to taste)
- Table vinegar 9% — 250 ml (or apple cider vinegal)
- Rice vinegar — 250 ml
- Salt — 2 tbsp
- Sugar — 2 tbsp
- Water — 120 ml
