- Raisins βΒ 75 g
- Table vinegar 9% βΒ 240 ml ( or apple cider vinegar)
- Brown sugar βΒ 200 g
- Mustard seeds βΒ 1 tsp
- Cinnamon βΒ 1 tsp
- Cloves βΒ 1/2 tsp
- Salt βΒ 1/2 tsp
