Peach chutney

Ingredients

  • Ripe peaches  750 g
  • Red Onion  150 g
  • Garlic clove  1 clove
  • Ginger root  1 tsp (5g)
  • Table vinegar 9%  350 ml (or apple cider vinetable)
  • Brown sugar  100 g
  • Raisins  40 g
  • Mustard seeds  1 tsp
  • Ground cinnamon  1/2 tsp
  • Ground cloves  1/4 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper  1/4 tsp

Peel, pit, and dice the ripe peaches.
