- Table vinegar 9% — 350 ml (or apple cider vinetable)
- Brown sugar — 100 g
- Raisins — 40 g
- Mustard seeds — 1 tsp
- Ground cinnamon — 1/2 tsp
- Ground cloves — 1/4 tsp
- Salt — 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper — 1/4 tsp

Peel, pit, and dice the ripe peaches.
Chop the red onion, garlic, and ginger finely.
In a large saucepan, combine the peaches, red onion, garlic, ginger, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, raisins, mustard seeds, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, salt, and black pepper.
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 40 minutes until the chutney thickens slightly.
