An interesting option for a salad called "Brush" made from raw vegetables - a simple salad made from cabbage, carrots, and pumpkin. Moreover, pumpkin is also used raw in the salad. The vegetables are pickled before serving. The pleasant taste and appetizing appearance of this vegetable salad will allow you to add it to your festive menu.   • Fresh cabbage  400 g
  • Pumpkin  200 g
  • Carrot  100 g
  • Garlic  1 clove
  • Table vinegar 9%  45 ml
  • Sugar  1.5 tbsp (30 g)
  • Salt  1 tbsp (20 g)

Prepare the ingredients according to the list.
Any type of pumpkin will do.

Peel and grate the pumpkin on a coarse grater or a carrot grater in Korean style.
