The most ordinary crispy crackers can be made at home with readily available ingredients. The dough is kneaded using the chopped method, making it very easy to work with. Due to the fact that the dough separates during the baking process, it is often called false layered dough. The crackers are great with any dish instead of bread, and they are also convenient to take with you as a snack.

Cooking Instructions!
Prepare all necessary ingredients.
The butter should be cold - you can even put it in the freezer beforehand.
Keep the milk in the refrigerator until needed.
Sift the flour into a deep bowl. Add salt. Mix.
Grate the cold butter into the same bowl using a large grater.
Using your hands, rub the flour and butter together until it forms crumbs (this should be done quickly so that the butter does not heat up from the warmth of your hands).
Pour the cold milk into the center.
Stir with a spoon to make all the dry ingredients moist.
Quickly shape the dough into a ball with your hands and refrigerate for 1-2 hours (or longer).
At the end of this time, preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
For convenience, divide the dough in half and refrigerate one half - work with each portion in turn.
On a work surface, spread out a sheet of parchment paper and place half of the dough on it. Sprinkle the dough lightly with flour and roll it out into a thin sheet. Puncture the sheet with a fork.
Cut the sheet of dough into portioned pieces.
Transfer the parchment with the dough to a baking sheet and bake in a preheated 200 degree Celsius oven for 15-20 minutes (the time depends on the characteristics of your oven). The cookies should slightly brown.
The crispy salty crackers are ready.
Enjoy your meal!
