- Butter — 60 g
- Sugar — 60 g
- Cocoa powder — 3.5 tbsp

Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, but do not bring it to a boil.
Add the semolina to the frying pan with the melted butter.
Stir the semolina with the butter until it turns into crumbs. Heat the mixture while stirring for 3-5 minutes over medium heat.
In another, deeper frying pan, add the sugar and 2.5 tbsp of cocoa powder.
Mix the sugar and cocoa powder over medium heat.
Carefully pour in the water and mix the mixture until the cocoa powder and sugar dissolve in the water.
Boil the chocolate mixture for 2-3 minutes.
Then transfer the semolina crumbs to this frying pan.
Thoroughly mix the mixture so that all the liquid is absorbed by the semolina, heat for another 3-4 minutes over low heat, and remove the frying pan from the heat. Allow the mixture to cool completely. The chocolate mixture should be very pliable and pleasant to work with.
Roll small balls the size of walnuts from the chocolate mixture and place in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to cool.
Roll the cooled balls in the remaining cocoa powder (1 tbsp).
