- Ketchup — 240 ml
- White vinegar — 60 ml
- Brown sugar — 50 g
- Worcestershire sauce — 2 tbsp (30 ml)
- Dijon Mustard — 1 tbsp (15 g)
- Salt — 1 tsp (5 g)
- Black pepper — 1/2 tsp

- Baby Back Ribs — 3 racks
- BBQ Sauce (reserved) — 240 ml

In a small bowl, combine all the dry rub ingredients. Rub the mixture generously over the ribs, covering all sides.
Wrap the ribs in foil and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (around 375°F/190°C).
Remove the ribs from the foil and place them directly on the grill. Cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour, turning occasionally.
Brush the reserved BBQ sauce over the ribs during the last 15 minutes of cooking.
Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve the ribs with additional BBQ sauce on the side.
