Chicken thighs are fried on the grill until they reach a beautiful golden color, marinated in apricot marinade.
Ingredients
Chicken thighs
- Chicken thighs βΒ 650 g (boneless, skinless)
- Sunflower oil βΒ 50 g
For the marinated
- Apricot jam βΒ 3 tbsp
- Table vinegar 9% βΒ 2 tbsp (wine or apple cider vinegar)
- Olive oil βΒ 1,5 tbsp
- Garlic βΒ 1 clove (crushed)
- Salt βΒ 0,5 tsp
- Black pepper βΒ 0,25 tsp
- Red pepper βΒ 0,25 tsp

Turn on the grill to preheat it to medium-high temperature.

In a small bowl, mix together jam, vinegar, olive oil, garlic, and 1/4 tsp salt.

Sprinkle remaining salt and red pepper on chicken drumsticks, coat with vegetable oil.

Brush the grill grates with vegetable oil, place chicken drumsticks on it, and grill for about 6 minutes on each side. Then, brush the drumsticks with apricot sauce, grill for a couple of minutes, flip to the other side, brush with remaining sauce and grill for another couple of minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
