Cooking Instructions!
To begin, prepare all the ingredients for marinating the chicken.
Cut the chicken fillet into cubes, like for shish kebab, only slightly smaller so that it can be easily skewered.
Prepare the marinade: mix together the sour cream, vinegar, salt, and spices. Mix well.
Marinate the chicken in the marinade, stirring occasionally, for 30-60 minutes.
Prepare the remaining ingredients. Take the puff pastry out of the refrigerator and wash the vegetables.
Slice the cheese and sweet peppers into cubes.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half; for very small tomatoes, leave them whole.
Skewer the chicken fillet, alternating with peppers, cheese, and tomatoes.
Roll out the puff pastry slightly and cut it into strips that are 3 cm wide.
Wrap the chicken skewers in strips of puff pastry, pressing the edges firmly together.
Place the chicken skewers wrapped in puff pastry on a baking sheet and brush them with beaten egg.
Bake in a preheated oven for 35 minutes until golden brown. Temperature should be 180-200 degrees Celsius.
The chicken skewers in puff pastry are ready. While the dish is hot, you can easily remove the skewers if you wish.
The baked chicken is tender, the vegetables are delicious, and the cheese is melted and gooey.
Enjoy your meal!
