- Potatoes — 600 g
- Carrots — 1 pc.

- Buckwheat — 0.5 cup
- Tomato paste — 3 tbsp.

- Pepper (mix of peppers) — to taste

Cooking Instructions!
Prepare the ingredients. Rinse the buckwheat well and clean the vegetables.
First, let's make the meat broth. It can be any kind: pork, beef, or poultry meat are all suitable. I have chicken. Once the broth boils, remove the foam, add bay leaf and peppercorns. Cook for 30 minutes. Then strain it.
Put the buckwheat to boil. Approximately 30 minutes.
Add chopped potatoes and carrots.
Fry finely chopped onions and garlic in vegetable oil, add tomato paste and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Once the potatoes become soft, add the fried mixture to the soup. Add cabbage at the end of cooking and cook for another 5 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
Before serving, dress with sour cream or mayonnaise.
