BBQ Dressing
- Mayonnaise βΒ 120 g
- BBQ sauce βΒ 60 ml
- Table vinegar 9% βΒ 2 tblesp (or apple cider vinegare)
- Honey βΒ 1 tbsp
- Dijon Mustard βΒ 1 tsp
- Salt βΒ 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper βΒ 1/4 tsp

Shred the cabbage using a sharp knife or a mandoline slicer and place it in a large bowl. Grate the carrots and thinly slice the red onion. Add them to the bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, BBQ sauce, table vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until all the ingredients are well coated with the dressing.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
Before serving, garnish the coleslaw with fresh parsley.
