- BBQ sauce βΒ 120 ml
- Lime Juice βΒ 2 tbsp
- Garlic Powder βΒ 1 tsp
- Salt βΒ 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper βΒ 1/4 tsp
Quesadilla
- Flour tortillas βΒ 8 pc (22cm)
- Shredded cheddar cheese βΒ 200 g
- Red Onion βΒ 50 g
- Fresh cilantro βΒ 15 g, chopped
- Vegetable oil βΒ 2 tbsp

Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the chicken is fully coated in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
In a bowl, combine the BBQ sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any excess marinade.
Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and juices run clear. Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Slice the chicken into thin strips.Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Chicken breasts should be cut into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Place one flour tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle with about (25g) of cheddar cheese. Top with a few slices of grilled chicken, red onion, and chopped cilantro. Sprinkle with another (25g) of cheddar cheese. Place another tortilla on top.
Cook the quesadilla for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden brown. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling ingredients.
