Cooking Instructions!
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
I used pre-made white sauce with horseradish. You can also use sauce with beets.
Choose spices according to your taste.
Thoroughly wash the chicken wings and pat them dry with paper towels. Then, cut them into segments. (If you purchased wings that are already without the third segment, you can trim it and use it for making broth.)
Place the chicken wings in a deep bowl. Then, add mustard, horseradish, basil, salt, and black pepper.
Thoroughly mix the contents of the bowl to ensure that every wing is coated with a layer of spices.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place the wings in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 1 hour. If you have time, you can marinate them for 5-6 hours for a more intense flavor.
Shortly before the marinating is complete, preheat the oven to 180 C.
Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the marinated wings on it.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 180 C. If you want the wings to be more browned, you can switch to the "grill" mode towards the end of the baking time and continue cooking until desired results are achieved.
The chicken wings, baked with mustard and horseradish, are ready.
Serve the dish to the table right away.
You can complement the wings with vegetables or sauces, and they are perfect as a hot appetizer with beer. It's also recommended to make a double portion right away because they disappear from the table in no time!
Enjoy your meal!
